We are driven by fairness, inclusivity, respect and a commitment to social equity. These values guide everything we do and are woven into our approach to community-based research. By joining us, you’ll be part of an organisation that values your voice, supports your growth and is dedicated to making a tangible difference.

Who We’re Looking For

Your Impact

  • Lived Experience Consultants
We seek individuals with a deep understanding of the challenges faced by underrepresented and marginalised communities. As a Lived Experience Consultant, you will ensure the voices of those we serve are authentically represented in our work. Strong communication skills, empathy and a passion for co-creating solutions are essential. Your unique perspective will drive our participatory research and co-design processes, creating meaningful, community-led change.

  • Qualitative and Quantitative Researchers
We’re looking for researchers skilled in collecting, analysing and presenting data in ways that amplify marginalised voices and drive actionable insights. Whether using qualitative methods like interviews or quantitative techniques like statistical analysis, you’ll help shape impactful programmes and policies. A collaborative mindset and a commitment to ethical research are key, ensuring our work is grounded in the realities of the communities we serve.

  • Evaluators
As an evaluator, you’ll design and implement frameworks to assess the impact of programmes and initiatives. We seek individuals with experience in analysing data, translating findings into actionable recommendations and engaging in community-led evaluation. Knowledge of methods such as formative, summative, developmental and participatory evaluation is essential. Your work will measure the success of our efforts, amplify community voices in the evaluation process and ensure our initiatives create lasting, meaningful outcomes for the communities we serve.

At Sedulous Collective CIC, you’ll be directly contributing to research and evaluation that influences policy, empowers communities and drives systemic change. Each project is an opportunity to be part of something bigger—a collective mission to create a fairer, more equitable society for all. Ready to make an impact with us? Apply today and let’s build a future where every voice is heard and every community thrives.
